To secure your appointment, we kindly ask for a £25 deposit. This will be credited towards the cost of your treatment.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, or if an appointment is missed, the £25 will be used to help cover the costs of the reserved time.
We understand that life can sometimes get in the way, but if you need to reschedule we kindly request at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient who may be waiting for care.
