Dr Mahsa Balaie

BDS BEng (Hons) Principal Dentist

Friendly, vibrant, and highly skilled, Dr. Balaie leads Ashdown Dental Practice with a perfect blend of professionalism and warmth. She is passionate about ensuring every patient truly understands their mouth, their treatment options, and their long-term objectives, so that care feels collaborative and empowering.

Known for her approachable style and eye for detail, she makes sure each treatment is tailored to the individual. Outside the practice, she enjoys time with her young family. Mahsa also has a passion for weightlifting and has been known to opt-in for last minute half marathons.

Dr Aniqah Rahman

BDS BSc (Hons) – Associate Dentist

Gentle, professional, and extremely thorough, Dr. Aniqah is dedicated to providing patients with high-quality care in the most comfortable way possible. She takes time to explain every stage of treatment clearly, helping patients feel informed, confident, and in control of their dental journey.

Especially great with nervous patients and children, she makes visits stress-free and positive. Always committed to learning, she is currently pursuing postgraduate training in restorative dentistry.

Dr Andrei Dudilla

Implantologist & Specialist Oral Surgeon

Andrei graduated with honours from Carol Davila University in Bucharest, one of Romania’s most prestigious medical schools, where he developed a passion for aesthetic dentistry and oral surgery. After relocating to the UK, he joined the maxillofacial department at Dorchester County Hospital in 2016 while continuing to work in private practice. He went on to complete a master’s degree in dental implantology at the University of Manchester in 2019 and has since undertaken numerous advanced courses in aesthetics, restorative dentistry, and Invisalign treatment. He is currently completing his MClinDent in Restorative Dentistry at King’s College London.

Andrei takes a patient-centred approach to dentistry, ensuring patients are comfortable and involved in every stage of their treatment. He uses modern materials and minimally invasive techniques to deliver high-quality restorative and preventive care, with a particular focus on achieving functional and aesthetic results in a relaxed, informative setting.

Chloe Beasley

Dental Hygienist

Caring, approachable, and always smiling, Chloe is known for putting even the most nervous patients at ease.

She is thorough, informative, and passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain healthy, confident smiles. Her gentle yet professional approach makes her an invaluable part of Ashdown’s patient care.

Amy

Practice Manager

With over 14 years of experience in dentistry, Amy is the heart of Ashdown. As both Practice Manager and Head Nurse, she combines clinical knowledge with exceptional organisation to keep everything running smoothly.

Loved by patients and colleagues alike for her approachable nature and incredible attention to detail, Amy is a true asset to the team. When she’s not at the practice, she enjoys long walks and time with her young family.

Lisa

Dental Nurse

Fun, friendly, and professional, Lisa brings energy and warmth to the practice. She’s dedicated to delivering the highest quality of patient care, while her bubbly personality ensures there are always smiles around the surgery.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys baking and keeping the team laughing with her humour.
